I. Weddings and /or Receptions (indoors or out)—
   NO SUNDAY WEDDINGS 
   (day for worship/family)                                                                     
            A. Hours—4 hours for wedding and reception—
                        2 hours additional for preparation and
                        pictures (gals in party will have dressing room—
                        guys come dressed)—party has option to book a
                        bedroom for preparation and/or overnight
            B. Pricing—includes setup of tables, chairs, linens, decorations,
                        staffing and cleanup—“ready-to-go” with no extra
                        preparation necessary but optional 
                        1. $3,600—200-250 guests (extra charge of $500 for 50 
                              additional guests)
                        2. $3,100—150-200 guests
                        3. $2,800—100-150 guests
                        4. $2,300—50-100 guests
                        5. $1,800—20-50 guests
            C. Wedding Specials—2 hours available 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM 
                         (date and time limitations—usually excludes Saturday night 
                         and perhaps Friday night—includes facility rental of Gathering 
                         Room and Dining areas, excludes Carriage Room (large 1,200 
                         sq. ft. party room )
                        1. $500—20-50 guests
                        2. $350—10-20 guests
                        3. $250—Up to 10 guests    

 

D. Additional Charges (optional)
     1. $150 bottle and beverage can cleanup
         when bringing own drinks unless taken 
         care of by booking party
     2. $50 parking attendant (usually not
         necessary)
     3. $100—Officiate for ceremony if needed
     4. $500 and up for tent rental (luxury but may 
         be necessary or rain or heat)

II. Reception 
            A. We have our own preferred caterers. 
             However, outside approved professional caters
             may be used with a $100 fee for Candleberry Inn. 
             Some limited kitchen use is available with no 
             preparation, freezer, refrigerator, or oven space. 
             B. Menu Pricing (includes iced tea or punch and 
             water—coffee & hot tea $.50 extra per person—
             see website for menu details)
                 1. Light Hors D’oeuvres--$14 per person—
                     4 cold and 3 hot
                 2. Medium Hors D’oeuvres--$16.00 per person—
                     5 cold and 4 hot
                 3. Heavy Hors D’oeuvres--$18.00 per person—
                     6 cold and 5 hot
                 4. Breakfast—$9.00-$13.00 
                     (includes juice and coffee)
                 5. Lunch--$18.00-$20.00
                 6. Dinner--$22.00-$27.00

  III. Bedrooms for Overnight Lodging and 
        Full Breakfast--
$110-$160 (includes 
        Blue Haven Honeymoon Room)—
        all rooms booked for $600 per night
