Do you do inside and outside weddings? We do both.
How many guests can you accommodate for a wedding? Candleberry Inn B&B can hold up to 80 people inside and 150 or more people inside and outside.
May I rent a tent? Yes, a tent is a nice way to double your reception space or protect your outdoor ceremony from rain or sun. Rental for a tent starts at $500.
What do you do if it rains? You will know the week of your wedding if the weather will be nice. If you have 80 people or less, we can easily move the wedding inside. If more than 80 people are expected, a tent may be rented starting at $500 and up.
How many people can your reception hall hold? 80 for a sit-down meal and more if using buffet-style and/or with outside overflow.
How much time do I have for my wedding? For the regular packages, you have 6 hours, two hours for the bride to get ready and 4 hours for the wedding and reception (less time for special packages).
May I add more time? Yes, you can and as much time as you would like at $100 per extra hour.
May the bride change at Candleberry Inn B&B? For the regular packages, yes, the bride and her bridesmaids may change at the Inn.
Who may come with the bride? We ask that only the women in the bridal party and one other person (usually the bride's mother) come with the bride.
May the groom change at Candleberry Inn B&B? For all packages, we ask that the groom and groomsmen come already dressed.
When should the groom arrive? The groom should arrive an hour before the wedding.
When should my guests to arrive? Guests may start arriving one hour before your wedding.
May I have a DJ? Yes
Does Candleberry Inn B&B have an officiate? Yes, for $100
Does Candleberry Inn B&B host other events other than weddings? Yes, we do rehearsal dinners, bridal luncheons, anniversary celebrations, retreats, Day Spa, etc.
May my guests stay at the Candleberry Inn B&B? Yes, they may. Overnight lodging with full breakfast may be booked individually or all 5 bedrooms may be rented for $600 per night.
May I just do my wedding with the reception at Candleberry Inn B&B, and how much would it cost? Yes, but we would have to take each wedding on a case-by-case situation.
May I just do my reception at Candleberry Inn B&B, and how much would it cost? Yes, you may have just the reception, but the cost is the same either way.
What are the requirements for reserving a date? Half of the rental fee is required at the time of booking, which is non-refundable. The rest is due one month before your event.
What if I don't have as many people show up as I thought I would, do I get a refund? No.
What if I want to add more people to my guest list? Is that a problem? No, it is not. You may always move up into the next price bracket, but you may not move down.
May I bring my own decorations? Yes, you may, even though our facility will be completely decorated and ready for your event. However, if you want to personalize any decorating, you only have two hours before the wedding to do so.
May I come early to decorate? You or your designated helper may come two hours before the wedding but not earlier.
